Sean "Diddy" Combs has been listed in seven new cases, all filed by purported victims who claim to have been raped by the disgraced music producer.
Two of the new civil cases filed against Combs are from claimants who claim to have been children when the Bad Boy founder allegedly drugged and attacked them. Although additional lawsuits appear to be filed against Diddy virtually every day at his point, this represents the first time other celebrities are cited and accused of participating in an alleged attack, according to CNN.
One According to NBC News, Jane Doe claims in her lawsuit that she was 13 years old in 2000 when she was invited by a limo driver to Diddy's MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in New York City. Doe felt drowsy after consuming a beverage and was looking for somewhere to lie down. Later, as she was napping in her bedroom, Combs and an anonymous male and female celebrity allegedly entered the room.
Diddy and the female celebrity observed the unidentified male celebrity rape Doe, according to her complaint. According to her lawsuit, Combs then proceeded to rape Doe in the presence of the other two celebrities.
When questioned about these new lawsuits, Combs' representatives referred CNN to a previous statement from his counsel, which denied similar allegations in lawsuits filed last week.
In the latest batch of lawsuits, three plaintiffs are women and four are men, submitted as either Jane Doe or John Doe. All but one of the alleged victims claim they were drugged by the music producer.
The lawsuits filed on Monday join a slew of others filed against Combs last week by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee and co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale. Buzbee previously announced that he was representing at least 120 of Diddy’s alleged victims.
Doe's complaint alleges that Diddy and the female celebrity witnessed the unidentified male celebrity violate her. Combs then raped Doe in the presence of the other two celebrities, according to her lawsuit.
