Misha Hylton has some words for the Feds
Misa Hylton, the mother of Sean "Diddy" Combs, oldest son Justin Combs has stated that her family is considering taking legal action against federal authorities for their alleged "excessive use of force" during a recent raid at Combs' mansion in Los Angeles.
On Tuesday, April 2, Hylton took to Instagram to criticize federal agents and shared an edited video of the raid.
The video shows well-armed agents arriving at the house in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, searching each room, handcuffing, and briefly detaining Diddy's sons Justin Combs, 30, and Christian "King" Combs, 26.
In her post, she mentioned Christian, who is the son of the late model Kim Porter.
“The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!” Hylton captioned the video.
She added, “Enough is Enough! Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest?? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed??”
Hylton mentioned that Jeffrey Lichtman, the attorney representing her son, is currently looking into the raid.
On March 25, Homeland Security Investigations agents conducted simultaneous raids on Diddy's residences in Los Angeles and Miami. The raids were conducted as part of a federal investigation into sex trafficking, which was spearheaded by federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York.
Combs is currently facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and other criminal acts.
He continues to claim he is innocent and has not been accused of any crime.
Most recently, the founder of Bad Boy Records was sued by music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones for $30 million.
In his lawsuit, Jones claimed that he experienced sexual harassment, was drugged, sexually assaulted, and made to arrange sex workers for Combs. The music producer collaborated with Combs from September 2022 to November 2023, and produced nine songs on the hip-hop mogul's latest album, The Love Album: Off the Grid.
Jones stated in his updated lawsuit that he saw Christian Combs and Justin Combs personally participating in illegal activities.
