Upon accepting a soda from one of Combs' associates, the boy reportedly experienced a peculiar sensation, described as feeling "a little funny." Attorneys alleged that the carbonated beverage contained illicit substances. “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” Combs allegedly prompted the boy to move closer after he had consumed the soda. He then pushed the boy down and told him,“You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”

Combs exposed his penis to the child, instructed him to "kiss it," and then compelled the boy to engage in oral intercourse until he lost consciousness, according to the document. Additional graphic details are provided. The complaint also alleges that Combs threatened the boy with physical harm if he disclosed the events that transpired in the hotel room to anyone.
The second lawsuit filed on Monday is also from a John Doe. He claims that in 2008, when he was 17 years old, Combs coerced him into performing oral intercourse during an audition for MTV's Making the Band. The lawsuit alleges that Combs coerced the adolescent into engaging in sexual acts with him and his bodyguard during his three auditions in order to evaluate the extent to which the boy was committed to his success.
Diddy's representatives stated in a statement to Variety that the allegations against him are a publicity stunt.

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” the reps informed Variety. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
