Justin Timberlake gets arrested

Justin Timberlake was arrested Monday night on accusations of driving while intoxicated on Long Island, New York.
According to authorities, the "Cry Me a River" singer was arrested after having dinner at a hotel in Sag Harbor and then allegedly getting behind the wheel.

“Nobody was hurt,” a police source stated.

Timberlake was charged with driving while inebriated. As of Tuesday morning, June 18, he remained in detention and was scheduled to appear in court later that day.

The artist is presently on tour for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which began in April and will run through December.

According to his website, Timberlake's next tour stop will be in Chicago this weekend, with gigs at the United Center on June 21 and 22.
